Be the difference for a child
We have all read the stories in the news about children who have suffered in ways no child should suffer. It can seem like there is nothing you can do. But, at Community Partners of Dallas, you can.
We are a community of people who cannot stand by while a child is hurting. Here, whether you are an individual or part of a team, you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of abused and neglected children.
We have opportunities for individuals of all ages, families, employees and groups to volunteer, from one-time events to regularly-scheduled volunteer hours.
Community Partners of Dallas holds four goods drives annually to provide the abused and neglected children we serve with items that show them that they are loved, and that there are people in their community who do care.
From group volunteer opportunities to corporate sponsorships, there are many ways for your company to get involved with Community Partners of Dallas and help meet the needs of the more than 20,000 abused and neglected children we serve every year.
We have volunteer opportunities for family members of all ages, from the young to the not-so-young, and all ages in between through volunteer partnerships, family-friendly events and our teen board.
THANKs (Teens Helping Abused and Neglected Kids) gives high-schoolers the opportunity to learn about nonprofit operations and issues facing our community.
yCPD, our young friends group, offers volunteer and networking opportunities to men and women in their 20s and 30s dedicated to enriching the lives of abused and neglected children in the Dallas area.
The Partnership, our women’s auxiliary group, supports our endeavors to safeguard and support our community’s abused and neglected children by providing resources to the caseworkers of Child Protective Services.
