Easter Basket Drive
Each year it is our goal to serve over 2,100 abused and neglected children by providing them with the joy of having a special Easter Basket made just for them.
The Community Partners of Dallas Easter Basket Drive serves children from birth to 18 years old.
You can help in several ways:
- Making and donating Easter Baskets
- Donating items to go in the baskets
- Making a monetary donation to Community Partners of Dallas designated for Easter Baskets
If you would like to make Easter Baskets to donate, here is a recipe and some ideas. All baskets should be age and gender appropriate. The drop-off deadline for donations is Friday, March 20th at our facility (7950 Elmbrook Drive).
A Great Basket Includes:
- One basket or plastic bucket
- Easter grass
- 5 filled plastic eggs
- Wrapped candy
- One age appropriate item
- Small stuffed animal or book
- Baskets should be wrapped in cellophane
Ideas for Age Appropriate Items:
